De Mulberry Jam Enterprise or also known as DMJ was operated since 2007 began with small home based business. Started with planting Mulberry around the house as decoration plant. Our first idea is to produce Mulberry Jam and selling in small scale at local community area. As the result was positive unexpected, De Mulberry decided to make variety product of Mulberry. Since then De Mulberry Jam grab this opportunity to these potential Mulberry farming plantation as 'Farming is A Business'. Nowadays they're expanding their business not only known in Malaysia, also through worldwide market.

Mulberry common name for the Moraceae. The mulberry family is most important as the basis of the silkworm industry; silkworms feed on the leaves of the mulberries ( genus Morus ) and sometimes of the Osage orange ( Maclura pomifera ). The white mulberry (Morus alba ) has been cultivated in China since very early times. In the Middle Ages it began to replace the black mulberry ( Morus nigra ), which had been grown by the Greeks and Romans. Technically, the mulberry fruit is an aggregation of small fruits arranged longitudinally around the central axis as in blackberry or loganberries. Each fruit measures 2-5 cm long.
The mulberry plant is used traditionally as a medical agent in China since 1800 years ago. The mulberry tree is a useful plant which fruit can be used to make jam and juice or eaten raw. The leaves are used to make tea. The branches and roots are boiled to make drinks.
